Can I cancel or update my order?

You won't be able to amend your delivery info once your order is placed. Don't worry, Email us and we'll do whatever we can to help!

Jewelry & Care

Can I order a custom piece?

We currently offer custom engraving, Personalized charms.

How should I store and care for my jewelry?

We recommend taking your jewelry off for the shower, pool or spa. Store your jewelry in a clean, dry space. Avoid direct contact with lotion or perfume, and other harsh chemicals, In addition, it's better to take it off when sleeping or exercising.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, All of our chains are solid sterling silver and solid 18k gold. 18k is 75% pure gold known for a higher level of purity and value. It delivers approximately 29% more gold than an equivalent style in 14k.

Our charms of necklace and bracelet is made of a variety of high-gradematerials and metals including 18k gold, copper and alloy.

When will my order be shipped?

24-48 hours

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

We ship all U.S. orders through USPS, DHL, and UPS. Currently we only offer Standard Shipping, no expedited shipping.

Do you ship to Alaska and/or Hawaii?

Yes, We do ship to both Alaska and Hawaii, however we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, We ship all over the world!
We can ship all over the world quickly! The couriers we have an agreement with are USPS, DHL, and UPS.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Can I change the shipping address?

You can change the shipping address of your order by contacting us via e-mail. In any case, we suggest that you forward the request to us as soon as possible.

When will my order arrive?

USPS: Arrives in 5 - 8 business days once shipped.

Do you replace lost or stolen packages?

We are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

We recommend selecting a secure shipping location where someone is always present to receive deliveries. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please email us at contact@bohyzhan.com as soon as possible. We’ll make our best attempt to change your address as long as the package has not been shipped. We cannot reroute a package once it has left our facility.

If your package is missing, stolen, or lost in transit please contact us so we can assist you with your claim. While we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your package, we cannot refund or replace lost or stolen items.

What is the return policy?

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, and worldwide. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

When will I receive my refund?

Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
